{Sweet Shoppe 1st Birthday}

It had been a while since I had a reason to plan a big party, so I had such a fun time planning my daughter's first birthday. When I saw Shelley's party for her twin girls on How Does She?, I was head over heels, and knew I had to use her party as inspiration. I am so happy with how everything turned out and can't wait to start planning for next year!

Living in the freezing tundra of Idaho, I decided to have a Steamer Bar to warm everyone up. Steamed milk was in a nice coffee dispenser, with flavored syrups, chocolate, and caramel available for a DIY steamer!

  1. Okay, so I've been trying to leave a comment for the last 10 minutes...
    I hope this goes through...
    Anyway, what a beautiful looking party. I have a 17-month old girl myself, and I too love parties. I'm looking for unique and fun ideas for her 2nd birthday...

Where? And WHY wasn't I invited to this party?! I love the steamer idea. XOXO - Shelley :) {HowDoesShe.com}

  5. What a great party. I love all the special details, especially the steamer bar. I can't borrow too many ideas since we have a boy, but I have to ask about those balloons...is there a balloon inside a balloon?
